SoulSpeak is an AI-powered conversation practice application designed to help users improve real-life communication, role-play story scenarios, and explore open-ended dialogue experiences in a safe, judgment-free environment.
When you download and use the Application, we may collect information needed to operate, improve, and secure the service. This information may include:
Device and technical information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, network status, and IP address)
Usage information (such as pages/screens visited, feature usage, session time, timestamps, and crash/diagnostic logs)
Content you provide in the Application, such as conversation text, prompts, role-play choices, and other inputs used to generate AI responses
If voice features are available and you choose to use them, audio input and related processing data needed to provide the feature
Optional contact information or account information you choose to provide when contacting support or using account-related features
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
We use the collected information to provide AI conversation experiences, generate story and role-play interactions, improve service quality, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important service notices.
We may also use your information to send updates or promotional communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications where applicable.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Application (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, content moderation/safety review, or AI service infrastructure), and only subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
If you choose to use social features (such as Facebook Login) or if enabled in your region, the Application may integrate the Facebook SDK provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. for account authentication, app analytics, and service optimization.
